A single-origin from Ethiopia's Guji zone, grown by smallholders high in the Oromia highlands. Expect a bright, fruit-forward cup with berry sweetness, delicate florals, and a soft chocolate finish — a clean, expressive coffee that shines as filter and stays lively through milk.
Grown around 1,900–2,200 m from Ethiopian heirloom varieties and naturally processed to build its juicy fruit character, these beans suit both filter and espresso. For pour-over, aim for a 1:16 ratio with water just off the boil to lift the florals; pulled as espresso it turns syrupy and berry-rich, holding up well in a flat white. Roasted to an omni/medium-light profile in 250 g bags — best rested a few days after roast and ground fresh.
