A specialty Ethiopian coffee from the Chelchele washing station in the Yirgacheffe region, natural-processed by drying the whole cherry on raised beds under the Ethiopian sun so the bean keeps its sugars and aromatic compounds. The result is a sweet, fruity cup with a full body and a floral lift, showing strawberry, raspberry, and peach.
Bring this coffee out in pour-over methods like V60 and Chemex at a medium grind to lift its floral-fruity notes, pull it as espresso to emphasize sweetness and body, or run it through a French press at a coarse grind for a balanced extraction. Grown from the Kurume variety above 2100 meters, it arrives as a 1kg bag ready to grind fresh.
