This blend brings together Arabica from three Thai growing areas: Khun Chang Kian and Galyani Vadhana in Chiang Mai, and Khun Lao in Chiang Rai, given a light-to-medium roast with no added flavoring. Its cool, sweet character shines in pour-over methods like V60 or as a milk-based espresso; give freshly roasted beans three to five days to degas before brewing.
