A Colombian anaerobic lot that leans all the way into grape. You get juicy red-grape sweetness up front, a honeyed, syrupy body, and a smooth chocolate finish that keeps the cup rounded rather than sharp. Fruit-forward and playful, it drinks almost like grape juice while staying unmistakably coffee.
Grown in Colombia at roughly 1,700–2,000 meters on the hardy Castillo variety, the cherries go through an anaerobic grape co-fermentation that concentrates that signature vineyard character. Alarba roast it omni-style, so the same bag pours a clean, aromatic V60 or filter and pulls a fruity, sweet espresso. For pour-over, try a medium grind at about 1:16; on espresso, dial slightly finer to lift the grape and honey.
