Colombia Peach is for anyone who loves clear, bold fruit in the cup. The infused anaerobic process pushes the fruity notes forward and gives you exceptional clarity, all without losing the character of a true specialty coffee.
Grown at 1,500 to 2,000 meters, an altitude that lifts its gentle fruit acidity, then given a medium roast tuned for clean, transparent filter brews like the V60. Use a medium grind and water at 90 to 92 C at roughly a 1:15 ratio to draw out its full sweetness. Net weight is 250 grams.
